Liz began her recruiting career at Deloitte LLP, where she managed the Financial Advisory, Audit and Human Capital Groups. Continuing at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in their consumer and pharmaceutical divisions, Liz managed talent through an acquisition as well as company expansion. Her experience brought her again to the financial industry at Barclays Capital where she recruited for the fixed income and equity trading, sales and research groups.
